Denis Klimentchenko

Denis Klimentchenko is a Partner in Skadden’s Corporate and M&A Group. He joined the Firm in November 2009 and prior to law school worked as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche, where he supervised audits of US publicly traded companies.
Mr. Klimentchenko is dual-qualified in the US and England and Wales, and focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate financings, and other corporate and securities matters.
In addition, Denis is very involved in the Nordic markets and played a key role of a number of new engagements for the firm, including representations of Alussa Energy, Adevinta, Nordea, Borr Drilling, Nokia, DSV, Wolt and Kinnevik.
