Andrea Sparke works collaboratively with small, and large companies in both the UK and International markets (EMEA), providing consultation and advice around their Financial Reporting, M&A and Capital Markets processes, including compliance for HMRC, UKSEF, ESEF and SEC XBRL and EDGAR Compliance. She helps companies both in their life as a private company, Pre-IPO through the IPO process and then into their life as a public company. Her client base consists of FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies and their equivalent in Europe and EMEA, private companies, Law Firms, Private Equity and Investment Banks. She has over 20 year experience in the Financial Markets and heads up Toppan Merrill’s Sales Team in Europe.
Andrea is focused on giving best in class advice and service to her clients, client satisfaction and providing effective solutions for companies, tailored to their individual needs.
